The 2023 Backcountry Trails Program application period for the 2023 season is now closed. Please monitor this page for when the 2024 season application becomes available in the fall.

The Backcountry Trails Program (BCTP) provides safety gear and uniforms to all members, and can also provide most backpacking gear for those in financial need. See the Personal Equipment List for details.
