Staff Job Opportunities
The California Conservation Corps (CCC) offers a range of job opportunities throughout the state, often in beautiful surroundings such as the serene redwood forests in California’s North Coast, the rolling vineyards in the Central Coast, and the giant sequoias in the mountainous Sierra Nevada.
In order to be eligible for positions within the CCC, candidates must either take an examination and be placed on the eligible list or already work for the state and be eligible to transfer. The CCC has four OPEN examinations given on a continuous basis. Anyone that meets the minimum qualifications will be allowed to compete in the examinations. The exam bulletins can be accessed under CCC Exams below.
Successful candidates must provide proof of appropriate citizenship or immigration status before a final hiring commitment is made. All appointments are subject to the State Restrictions of Appointment and Reemployment lists. Applicants may be screened and only the most competitive applicants contacted and interviewed.
Below are links to access the California Conservation Corps’ available openings to work in great teams and make a positive impact on California’s various landscapes and the young adults that have joined the CCC as Corpsmembers to perform the work.
