ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING CONTRACTING

The California Conservation Corps (“Department”) proposal to adopt sections 40400, 40401, 40402, 40402, 40404, 40405, 40406, 40407, 40408, 40409, 40410, 40412, and 40413 of Title 14, Division 19, Chapter 4 of the California Code of Regulations concerning the selection process for private architectural and engineering firms has been APPROVED. They will become effective April 1, 2023.
