Practice makes perfect. In the CCC Energy Corps, Diana Alvarez is practicing and learning on the job.

When she joined the Norwalk Energy Hub she had no experience in electrical or energy work. But, she wanted to find a steady, good-paying career and saw energy as way to accomplish those goals.

Now, she’s retrofitting lights as quick as flipping a switch—well, almost that fast—and she’s on a path to finding a job she enjoys.
