Corpsmember Lilyanna Montiel uses a fire hose as part of her training as a wildland firefighter at the Camarillo Center.

Lilyanna Montiel is soaking up every minute of her Camarillo wildland firefighting experience.

She’s grown personally, committed herself to improving physically, and is grateful for the support and inspiration she gets from fellow Corpsmembers and staff.

Lilyanna may not be the tallest firefighter, but she’s as committed as anyone to do a good job.
