Corpsmember Javaun Leslie admits the end of high school didn’t go as planned. But, his journey into and through the CCC is taking him places he could never imagine growing up in Riverside.

Since enrolling at the CCC Los Padres Center, Javaun worked projects in the Sierra Nevada, got involved in leadership training, and is amazed every day at the beauty in and around San Luis Obispo.

Javaun has worked his way up to crewleader – a position he takes seriously and one that seems to run in the family.
