At age 27, you wouldn’t think of Joe Planer as being an “old guy.” In the CCC, he not only has years on his peers, but as a U.S. Army veteran, Joe has a lot of wisdom and experience to share. Joe was a Specialist in the Army and remains in the National Guard, but he’s also a Corpsmember with the CCC Sacramento Energy Hub.
