Grover Hot Springs State Park ADA Trail
Tahoe Center Corpsmembers are building an ADA trail to last decades in Grover Hot Springs State Park. Corpsmembers are compacting trail bed, rebuilding bridges, and building up layers of rock to allow wheelchairs, strollers, and bikes to easily navigate the trail.
Energy Corps OSHA 10 Training
It’s an important, and required, part of CCC Energy Corps training; OSHA 10. Corpsmembers from Norwalk, Vista and Fresno recently took part in the training where they built scaffolding and tested safety harnesses.
Coloma’s New State Park Trail
Delta Center Corpsmembers are building thousands of feet of a new trail in El Dorado County. When finished, the Monroe Ridge Connector Trail will connect a state park with a county park.
Kings Canyon National Park Tree Mortality
Los Padres Center Corpsmembers tasked with reducing the threat of falling trees in the Sierra Nevada have been in long hours felling trees. Most recently, a crew worked in around campgrounds and trails in Kings Canyon National Park.
