Inland Empire Crew Readies Equipment for Return to Fireline

If you’ve ever wondered what happens to all of that fire hose once Corpsmembers wind it up and send it back from a wildfire, well, here’s your answer.

CCC Inland Empire Corpsmembers are assisting our partners at the U.S. Forest Service by putting that used hose to the test, literally.

The crew is testing hoses and checking all returned equipment from fire base camps to see if it’s in good enough shape to be re-used on the next incident.
