Corpsmembers Rayven Harris and David Hofmans prepare appetizers in the Tahoe Center kitchen as part of the weekly competition the center calls Chopped.

We don’t have our own TV show – yet – but, the cooking competition going on at the CCC Tahoe Center each week will keep you glued to the screen.

The Corpsmembers in the CCC culinary program are the stars of the show. On top of cooking every day for the CCC crews, they compete with each other for bragging rights on who’s the top chef.

The culinary program is offered at each of the CCC’s residential centers across the state. Corpsmembers often travel to other centers for cooking and baking classes to expand their experiences and opportunities.
