Making Access to San Diego's Balboa Park Safer, Easier

It’s certainly hard work, spending hot summer days carefully leveling and shaping a trail.

For CCC San Diego Corpsmembers, turning a once makeshift trail into a permanent one makes it all worthwhile.

Working with Forever Balboa Park and the City of San Diego, Corpsmembers are improving access to San Diego’s iconic Balboa Park.

Funded by Active Transportation Program dollars, CCC crews are making a real community impact in the Golden Hill neighborhood.

Residents there are beyond grateful for the new, safer access.
