Monterey Bay Fire Crew Ready to Serve Community

The first week of May may be Wildfire Preparedness Week, but the preparations for fire season have been weeks and months in the making.

Training hikes. Training cuts. Fuel reduction projects. Classroom studying. All of it leads to the crew readiness exercises and, then, responding to wildfires.

The CCC Monterey Bay fire crew is ready for wildfire. They may be ready to respond to fires anywhere in California, but they’re excited to be serving their local communities if called upon.
