Northstate Corpsmembers Prepare for Winter Floods

Filling, carrying, and stacking sandbags is all about technique.

Each year Corpsmembers across the state learn and practice those techniques to prepare for any winter storms or run-off that cause flooding.

In Tehama County, Corpsmembers from Shasta Cascade, Siskiyou and Chico gathered to put their skills to the test; knowing they can help their communities in the event of rising waters.
