Each year Corpsmembers across the state learn and practice those techniques to prepare for any winter storms or run-off that cause flooding.

In Tehama County, Corpsmembers from Shasta Cascade, Siskiyou and Chico gathered to put their skills to the test; knowing they can help their communities in the event of rising waters.
