Governor Announces CCC Reappointments

CCC director, chief deputy director and director of Capital Outlay Program reappointed by Governor Newsom

The California Conservation Corps is proud and excited over Governor Newsom’s reappointment of our director, Bruce Saito. Bruce was first appointed in 2015 and has led an aggressive mission to expand the CCC and its benefits to women and underserved communities while maintaining its core function of protecting and enhancing California’s natural resources.

Also reappointed is our chief deputy director, Amy Cameron. She also joined the CCC in 2015 and is committed to implementing Director Saito’s vision for the organization, including improving the overall development and experience of our Corpsmembers.

The governor reappointed the director of the  CCC’s Capital Outlay Program, Dan Milsap. Originally appointed in 2018, Dan is responsible for the renovation and construction of CCC centers and properties.

Congratulations to all three appointees.
