Outdoor work is taking center stage for CCC Inland Empire Corpsmember Julian Marenco.

He’s performing fuel reduction projects with the CCC Forestry Corps, reducing the threat of wildfire in around his hometown of San Bernardino and in Riverside County.

A day’s work can make a dramatic difference, both for the community and for the new things Julian is learning on the job.

Not bad for a young man with a degree in history and theater and performance studies.
